General Program Timetable:

Description	Timings
Asana	06:00 to 09:00
Pranayama	11:00 to 12:30
Mantra & Satsangh	15:30 to 17:30

Programs Overview:

These curricula become highly individual and are very flexible. You may take long term, monthly, weekly or drop-in classes according to your convenience. Packaged Yoga Teacher Training programs are available. On class days during your stay, you may take all or any one of the classes of your choosing.
