Astanga (or Ashtanga) means 8-limbs, as in Pathanjali's 8-limbed description of Hatha Yoga, and among the teachings with Masterji Viswantha, you will find: asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, and meditation. For teachers, in addition, you will find: principles of demonstration, observation, assisting/correcting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher and the student's process of learning, study of Yoga Scriptures (Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, etc.), ethics for yoga teachers, and 'living the life of the Yogi/Yogin'.
